Hi there,
Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 93.2 kg
Lost so far: 21.5kg
Lost on Duromine: 8.4kg
What a hectic week this has been! I have been in Midrand training a new employee last week, and due to travel to get there each day, I only managed to sleep about 4 hours a night, and could not get my exercise worked into my days. I skipped meals (a big NO-NO for me) because we were training non stop. I do not want that week over again....EVER. I pushed through and lost another 800gram for week 6. Slow weight loss seems to be my destiny, but that's okay, at least the weight is still going down. Slow and steady wins the race![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Hoping for a great week, and good luck to all!
Inspiration for the week: Even if you cant physically see the result in front of you, every single effort is changing your body from the inside. Never get discouraged!
