Starting Weight 3rd October 2016 - 92.5kgs
Current Weight 7th November 2016 - 85kgs
Goal Weight - 75kgs
Ultimate Weight - 68kgs

So i started out on 15 mg of Duromine for 2 weeks which was awesome no side affects, i ate at the right times and felt full only eating small healthy meals everyday ( with little to no exercise ) increased water 3 liters a day and was feeling great full night sleeps and happy all day everyday, my doc told me after 2 weeks to increase to 30 mg for remainder of my duromine so i did, so about 2-3 days on 30 mg & i started to get some side affects that i did not enjoy - Increased energy from the time i took the pill until around 2 pm in the afternoons like a massive burst of energy then it died right down which made me want to take a nap which i couldn't do because of the Insomnia & heart racing hard out!!, also i had NO appetite at all even forgot to eat and found id have to force myself & didn't enjoy it at all as i started getting headaches as well.I know its not ok to starve yourself and u gain weight back faster. Also had very bad constipation ( i brought laxatives from chemist i found myself relying on them! i thought my body would get use to the 30 mg after a week and a half but i was wrong ). I found myself at around 9.30pm being tired but going to bed and lying there another hour tossing & turning before id fall asleep. I did increase my exercise to weights, cardio and strengthening exercises for over a week as well which i thought would help with my annoying sleeping pattern turns out it didn't make a difference.

I weighed in again on the 7th of November & my weight is still the same 85 kgs which means i haven't lost anything since my last weigh in 3rd of October so 5 weeks ago. I know this is isn't a terrible thing i know a lot of people would say 7.5 kgs in 5weeks is ALOT!! So i am happy with what i have lost so far.

I have decided that 30 mg is NOT FOR ME, there for im going back on 15 mg which i think is alot better for me with NO side affects at all, i get a full nights rest every night & i still have energy all day long. I also believe in the long term when i stop taking Duromine id be able to cope without it :). Am hoping to loose another 5kgs by the end of November :). I believe consistency is key to this & its not a quick fix it really is a lifestyle change for the rest of my/our lives. All for the better don't get discouraged people stay positive!! :)
