back into the 80's. That was a 600 gram loss and total of 7.6 kilos lost while on duromine. 2.4 kilo's to go and I'm halfway to goal.
So now it's the old fashioned way of keep watching what I eat, and get on the tready.
I'm going to keep blogging - hubby is still on the duromine, his loss's have been less than mine, so will be interesting to see what happens here on in.
