Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 92.2
Lost so far: 22.5kg
Lost on Duromine: 9.4kg
Ok, so I had another 1kg loss for this week, and I'll take that loss with a smile
The weight is shifting, even though it is small losses, it all ads up in the end. Getting sooooooo close to the 80's now, hoping to start my new year with a BANG, by being in the 80's by then. I know I can do this, and so can any person that is willing to make the change. Next week will be my last weigh in for this year, and then I can only weigh in again on the 2nd of Jan. I'm not even stressed about going on holiday, because I know what my body needs daily for fuel, and it has truly become such a lifestyle, that I cannot see myself living any other way. Yes, it wont be as easy while on holiday, but I'm sure that I can make the right choices .
