So It has been an interesting 7 weeks so far..
Decided on Saturday Morning {as it is day 1 of week 8 for me } to NOT take D for week 8 ..Sunday Morning ,went to church, weird not taking D first thing when I got out of bed, USUALLY have to take a bottle of water with me into church, did not sip once on my water , which was weird for me too..
Had lunch with the family , then said I was going to go lie down for 20min as I could not keep my eyes open, another first for me after 7 weeks, lol ..
I woke up 4HOURS later, feeling amazing, hubby said you looked so peaceful I could not wake you up .. So glad he didn't. and even though I slept so many hours that afternoon, I could not wait to go to bed at 10pm last night , so it really has been a game change, I did not even have dinner ,just a cup of tea.
Today Monday, WOKE UP with a dry mouth, and well rested, had coffee and thyroid meds, no D, and I am setting up a menu plan with 1400 calories for the week and 45 min to 1 hour exercise, 5x this week..I need to see for myself if it is the to little calories or to little sleep I was getting when I was on D,as I have a funny feeling the sleep deprivation is causing me to lose such a little weight every week, no matter if I eat 1200 0r 1000 calories and exercise 35-40 min 3X to 5x a week, nothing is changing for me .. Will keep you posted regardless what the outcome is .. HAVE A SUPER WEEK EVERYONE, STAY STRONG AND BE POSITIVE, AND AIM FOR YOUR GOAL !!!...
