Wow, what a year it has been! I have lost 23.8kg, and I am extremely happy and proud of that! Hoping to lose another 1kg, to be in the 80's by new year
I am feeling blessed and confident that 2015 WILL be the year I make my dreams come true, and reach my goal weight. We are leaving on holiday tomorrow, a little bit stressed about working my exercise and eating regime around that, but I know I can do this. Hell, I have been doing this, no way I am giving up on myself, or giving in just because its the silly season! I will have my next weigh in on 2 Jan 2015.
