DOUBLE FIGURES!!!! Yay!!!!
Finally!!!!

Week 8 loss 1.2kgs.

Total loss 6.4kgs

Hey guys thanks for your support and encouragement.
I'm needing a bit more tonight..
I had a major meltdown today. Ok so it wasn't that bad, but it felt like it.
Cutting a long story short, I felt, what I can only explain as an anxiety attack. I felt it building and I just had no control over myself and just couldn't cope, something I've never felt before, to the point that I was almost crying (I'm not a crier) And it was all over choosing somewhere for lunch for the family. It's now almost 1:30am and I don't want to go to bed because my husband must think I'm a total psycho. I don't feel like myself at all. I only have a few tablets left of my second script and I think I need a week off after that, to feel normal again. My sinus hurt, my ears make me feel like I'm wearing earphones, and I feel tired (but not sleepy) and emotional.
I had a few (3) drinks yesterday for the afl grand final, and some homemade junk food and by bedtime I felt horrible, and woke up horrible, and the day continued horrrible.
So it could have been the food and drinks, I dunno, but I don't want to feel like I'm going crazy every week or so.
School and routine are back tomorrow so I'm sure everything will improve.

Maybe a week off may be great for you..
I STILL haven't filled my erd script.. been sitting on it as the first two helped didley squat for me.. mind you though, my attitude was a bit poor.. been trying a different hunger suppressant to see how i go.. think i need a combination.. duromine on weekends and the Swiss one through the week because I always have eaten well during work hours... its the snacking at night thats the issue... think i might give that a shot.. may make a new blog to ask others what they think of my theory..

Anyways - 6.4kg and into double jumbers for you is Amazing... and try not to beat yourself up over the lunch decision meltdown... families have a habit of coming to Mum ro ask whats for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner... sometimes we just want and need someone else to sort it for us..!!!
