Week 9 on Duromine 15 mg loss so far 11.8 kg

Exercising is the key to move the extra kgs I'm hoping... I have been using the walker for the first 3 days 35 mins moderate pace and walking up hill ...I must admit it does make me feel good ;) sticking to the 1000 calories well trying to eat them:rolleyes: How is everyone else going ..stay strong keep motivated :)

Gr8 you are doing well.. the hills move the fat for sure !! 1000 CALORIES good for you if you can eat them all and good for you for losing while eating less, My body just will not accept less calories, it stores ALL my fat if I dare eat to little , so you are so fortunate in this regard.. So glad you have a gr9 program working for you so far , all the best this week Shellyisme !! :)

You are doing great and sticking to 1000cals is great. I also struggle and can't wait to get back on track with the exercise. Can't wait to read more about your progress. YOU ARE GOING GREAT!!
