Okay so I didn't go to my doctor last week to weigh in so she wasn't too worried because on her weigh in sheet I still lost 200gms (she doesn't know I put on 800gms Easter week )
But I did tell her Easter had been a struggle, along with having the kids home for school holidays (movies, picnics, fish & chips at the beach).
I have asked her if I can weigh in weekly rather than fortnightly, just so I am accountable to someone who can give me the tools I need if I start to slacken off or plateau.
This week I am really focusing on what I am eating on my NFD (non fast days). The fast days are fine, 500 cals I can eat on that day, but I need to start logging what I am eating on the non fast days. That is my goal along with 3 fast days a week and 4 NFD.
Still on the 30mg duromine. No side effects apart from a dry mouth which just encourages me to drink more water anyway.
