Ok I know it is a loss but secretly I was hoping for more. I knot it sounds stupid but when you read about these huge loses you hope you can be one of them? I need to change my mentality and expectations otherwise this will not work.
Ok the positives I lost weight, I will focus on that. I will keep my calories at 1300, I will keep walking 60-80 minutes 5 days a week. I will stay positive. I will be supportive to others on here. Next weeks goal is to be under 89.5 kilos, a nice small goal. Week by week I will do this, I will not give up. Bring on week two weigh in.
