Well all I can say is today has been horrible. I weighed in at the gym and was very disappointed I was hoping for bigger numbers. Then when I tried to do my exercises I almost passed out after just one round when I usually do three. I used an app and calculated my calorie intake and I found out I am only having 850 calories on average a day and it was too low. So now I have to recalculate my food including a much bigger breakfast to help me stay energetic at the gym and to bring my calorie intake up to about 1000.
So anyway here are my results:
Starting weight (26.08.13) = 100kg
Week One Result(02.09.13) = 98.7kg
Total Loss = 1.3kg
