As I mentioned when I first started on my weight loss adventure, I have never blogged before and I am finding this quite therapeutic. I am sort of using this as my own personal diary.
It is amazing waking up each morning and feeling just a little bit lighter - it keeps me motivated and on track. I have been thinking about how I am going to go when I go back to the US. My work means that I travel there every couple of months for quite a few weeks and invariably, I tend to put on a couple of kilo's as I eat out a lot and over there, there seems to be bigger portions and lots of ranch dressing that I have had trouble resisting! I am hoping to get one more script for Duromine for my next trip late July. It would be great if I could just get over that trip to get myself into the normal routine of not eating too much like I have been able to manage over here (Australia).
Well, time to get my butt moving and get on with the day - going out for dinner tonight, so doing quite a bit of exercise before then to allow myself a bit of breathing room if I feel like it.
