Weekend worries

weekends can be so frustrating sometimes, with wedding, parties etc. it gets a bit difficult to stay focused. so this weekend it will be just me and myself only. no functions. I did not do enough walkings this week, so I must cover that lost time over the weekend.

Yes, weekends are "dangerous", that's when you need the most of will power to stay on track. But don't worry, little steps at a time and you will get used to new diet and lifestyle. You just need to achieve healthy balance in your nutrients intake of all your meals, regardless of the day. Use myfitnesspal for example to see how many calories you need to eat during the day.

thank you Kate, you will be amazed how much I have lost so far. but I will keep you in suspense until next week Thursday.
