Exercise I find really hard, however this week something happened and I'm inspired must be all the gals on the forum....
Cause I have continued to exercise 5 times this week starting at 30 mins and am now walking moderate pace up hill for 45 mins. Moving my butt has paid off with a loss of 1 kg this week. I have 3 more weeks before I go off Duromine and go on holidays would luv to reach my next mini goal by then & be under 95 kg
