Hi Everyone

It’s been another week and what a rollercoaster it has been, I have been working hectic hours and my two doggies when for an operation. On top if that we had 3 dinner nights and a kid’s party at our house the past weekend. So yes it’s been hectic ad I have to admit that I have not been as focused as I should be so I have been eating a bit more then I should have and really I have not been drinking water but loads of coffee… So yes I was not expecting any loss at all. But today is a new day and new week for me to start from. Hold thumbs for next week

Goal: 60kg
Week 1: 74.7Kg –Loss in week 1: 3.3kg
Week2: 73.7kg –Loss in week 2: 1kg
Week3: 72.4kg –Loss in week 3: 1.3kg
Week4: 72.1kg –Loss in week 4: 0.3kg:confused:
Total Loss: 5.9kg
Time to reach goal: 50 days


It’s disappointing but hey I was expecting it, new week new mind set.
