so I missed my weekly/fortnightly home weigh in yesterday.......
Im trying to stay away from the scales and only weighing in at the doctors but I was curious today after the last fortnight ive had, going to sydney and then coming home getting a head cold and not being able to do much....
so today my scales have said 91.3
Pretty happy with that, looks like ive lost another 2 kgs so around 9.5kgs altogether
