A Gorgeous ,sunny blossom ,spring day here in Brissy!
Sitting under the verandah/patio sipping on my morning coffee and listening to the bee's buzzing in my myrtle blossoms bushes ,with a huge smile on my face ,that I have lost the equivalent of a Guinea pig {600g} 99.3kg .... May not seem like much , but right now for me, with week 10 behind me and not one stitch of cardio workouts, and much stress, I am very pleased with my results...Today is the first day of week 11,and in an hour I face the fitness test , on my Treadmill, and Rower , and planning to be in the two digit range by Friday,and a little more toned too...BRING IT ON... Have a super ,positive, fun, happy ,physical, yummy day everyone, Wherever you are on the globe today ....
