#WeighIn Week 1

This week went well if i can say so myself :):) except of course for the side effects :( (dry mouth, headache, nausea, INSOMNIA)but nothing I cant handle. I didn't starve myself, I still had my favorite things but in moderation. I didn't want to go cold turkey or on a "diet" because I know now that, that's what made me fail in the past and now I am in it to win it. With D it gives me the willpower to say no and not go for seconds

So now I am pleased to announce that I have lost a total of 2.6 kg:laughing::laughing: in week 1. I am extremely excited and hoping for the best in week 2. I would like to cut out all carbs and add more fruits and veggies. Will see how it goes

Well done MissThang.
It is such a boost too see good results in week one.
The side effects should get less over time. Mine peaked in week two but then got to where I hardly noticed any at all.
Keep up the good work.
