Download Trust Wallet application

Step 2

Create and setup

To create a new wallet with a new seed phrase in Trust Wallet

1. Open the Trust Wallet app

The default screen will show 2 options: “Create a new wallet” and “I already have a wallet”

Select the option “Create a new wallet”

2. Accept terms

Before proceeding, you have to cover the legal stuff. Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policies and the Terms and Conditions.

3. Save your seed phrase (12 words)

Trust Wallet will now be showing you your seed phrase (12 words), along with instructions to write it down. In the next step, you will have to re-enter your seed phrase. This is the most crucial step of creating your wallet – backing up your seed phrase.

Step 3

Buying Tether (USDT) with
your credit card

Before you proceed, please be aware of the following:

The app does not sell any crypto, you will be redirected to a 3rd party provider

The minimum transaction is $50, and the maximum is $20,000. These limits are set by the provider

The crypto provider charges a conversion and network fee

4. Access the Buy Menu

Open up your wallet and select the crypto that you want to Buy. Tap on Buy button on the upper right corner.

Select cryptocurrency Tether USDT (TRC20) and indicate purchase amount you want and continue to billing.

6. User verification

Depending on the crypto provider, user verification will be required before making a purchase. You will be redirected to their website in order to complete this process.
