So with the big 2 week mark passing me by, i'm happy to report that I have picked up a new habbit. I've gone from never eating breakfast to either eating or making a fruit smoothie! Progress!

I'm 3kg down. + 2kg from before the duromine making a total of 5kg!! I'm 1kg away from my first major goal of 95kg and will be the first time in 2 years that I've been that low. However i'm not seeing any changes just yet. I've heard it can be anywhere up to the 10kg mark before you start to notice. I hope not!

I'm still not side effect free. Today my body just didn't want to do what it was told. I was quite weak, most likely from over doing it with my excess energy. But that's good, at least I know i'm getting active enough to feel it :) I'm still suffering from migrains (more than usual) Trying so hard to keep my water up but I get so busy it's almost like I just have no time to drink!

Tomorrow's a new day and i'll make it my mission to drink 2L of water :)
