I hadn't realised it had been so long since my last update!
I am happy to report that I have lost even more weight! Now I've started it's almost like a snowball effect...
On the 3rd nov I was 93.4kg and I thought that was great! Now just over a month later im 89kg as of this morning! That's 5.4kg in a month HOLY SHIT!
I'm using a Personal Trainer twice a week and then working out on my own 2 or more times a week too.
Since starting with the PT I've found a new source of confidence. 3 months ago I couldn't step foot in a gym unless I looked like a 'bogan', baggy shirt, singlet underneath, baggy pant or tights and hair a messy pony tail. Now I wear tights, a crop top and a slightly baggy singlet, that's right i'm confident enough to show my arms!! Another thing I've sone that I thought i'd never even attempt, lifting weights. I set up my own mini circuit of weights and cardio similar to what my PT sets for me in out sessions. But I life weights now instead of doing hours of cardio. I never realised how important it is to build muscle! as soon as I learned that you cant burn fat without muscle its like my brain just clicked and i'm so focused!
I'm almost half way to my goal weight of 70kg, only 19kg to go!! And my doctor was more than happy to give me another prescription of Duromine even with 1 month left on my existing. I'm set for success!
