1st week of duromine my experince

hi all
im almost at the end of my 1 week tomorrow will be my final weight in for week1
i must say the only side affect that i got was yawning but i had tons of energy which i really love as it helps me push my self further at gym
this whole week i have actully been weighing my self (yes i know very naughty) but i was extermly impressed as by thursday i had lost 4.2kg im now weighing 88.7kg super impressed with myself
exerice im doing is 40min bike and 10-15min treadmil whereby i brisk walk and jog very little. then i do a bit of light fast pace weights to tone up.
ppl at work and at gym are starting to notice the diffrence and finally im losing my unwanted fat
before duromine i was still doing the same gym work out and eating the same small healthy meals but never lost weight shows u what duromine can actually do.

The only thing I would suggest is lifting heavier weights at a slower controlled pace. This will help you build muscle and there for burn more fat but also tone your body more.the slower you do each rep the more strain on the muscle which means more repair leasing to bigger muscles. Any weights done quickly really just is cardio.

Sorry I'm just a weight lifting sort of girl. But other then that sounds like your doing really good

week 2 another 1kg down so proud of myself no side affects that where bad so im doing pretty well
