So that is what I hope to achieve!!! 78 wobbly untoned kg's to a svelte toned and terrific 60kg! By February 2016. Day One today.
2moro my plan is 60 minute walk and 45 minute swim. 1200 calories. And lots of positivity.
Repeat until goal achieved.
BTW I only plan on double whammy exersizing twice a week with the other days being a either swim or walk.
Have started on 30mg. Had to beg the GP to give it to me. But I won and won't waste this opportunty✌️
