Had a smaller breakfast and actually managed to be hungry at lunchtime. Still drinking heaps of water but have stayed away from coke (and all associated types) and most processed sugars. Still having coffee but have dropped to one teaspoon of sugar with it. Do not believe I will have a meal for dinner, probably fruit and yoghurt and more water (bucket loads, still getting the dry mouth). I used to have chocolate or something sweet after dinner but have substituted black tea with some honey in it to satisfy sugar craving. Potentially the worlds crappiest substitute but its all i have. Roll on day 5.
