Dear Duromine Forum

Am 26 years of age. I had an operation 3 years ago, removable of a 17 cm tumor on the ovaries caused by endometriosis stage 4. Day of operation I weight 70kgs. Started the visanne treatment, used for 2.5 years whereby I picked up +/-30 kgs. The gynea stopped the treatment coz of severe side effects mostly the heavy weight gain, blood clots, severe headache and extreme muscle spasms. I've been free from treatment for 6 months. Yet I struggle to loose the weight. Now I weigh 100kgs.

I do gym and watch my carb intake.

My question to you, is it recommendable to give Duromine A shot?

Hi Naid,

I would highly recommend sitting and talking to your Dr he knows your history and can take your blood pressure etc and let you know if its safe for you to take... wishing you all the best Dee

Hello Naid, Dee is absolutely right. In your situation, only a doctor can tell you precisely, whether you should use Duromine or not. You will also have to undergo several tests to make sure your health condition allows taking it. Best of luck to you. Hope, you will manage to lose weight with or without Duromine!

Hi Naid, I agree with the ladies - only your doctor can surely tell, based on the tests and your health history. Duromine is a medication that requires a serious approach!
