almost starting D*

Hey everyone

First off, congrats on everyone doing so well. Youre a real encouragement!! Im starting m Duromine next week and I would just like to know a few things...

Firstly can you go down a dress size or two in a month with the right diet and regular exercise alongside Duromine? do you lose inches fast?

And then, I am very uncertain about the correct eating plan when on this pill. can anyone please help.

3 weeks in, and down 2.6kgs.. It's no quick fix that's for sure (not for me anyways). For me, it's curbed my cravings, and made me more conscious of what I'm eating, still a lot of self control needed and personal motivation, which will take a long time to fix.. But I'm seeing improvements, mentally.
For me, I feel like there has been this tiny switch that's been turned off, that makes me think I'm not that busy and take away is not the easy option, and I don't need those extra bits and pieces.. And I'm not dying of starvation and need to eat, RIGHT NOW..
But I can still over eat, but my brain seems to be kicking in a bit and reminding me I don't need to..

So good luck, everyone is different.. So far, I'm happy..

My food.. I've tried everything prior to duro, and have decided it's all too hard for my family and I do try to change everything.. So I've gone back to basics.
I cook the food we all like, but just make my potions less of the main thing, and more veggies, and less potato.
My day usually consists of
Oats with berries
A price of fruit
A toasted sandwich (with leftovers or whatever, on multi grain)
A piece of fruit if I feel I need it
And dinner, meat and veg.
Eg roast meat and veg and steamed veg
Lasagne (very small serve) and steamed veg
Quiche and steamed veg (roast potatoes for rest of family)
A Curry with loads of veg and just small spoonful of rice, drain off the sauce a bit..
General easy food.. No complications!
