My weight- this app allows you to enter your weight weekly,daily and it calculates your BMI shows your progress and when you should reach your desired weight this is my favourite!
My fitness pal - this app allows you to count your calories and search foods and there calorie intake
also tracks your weight loss progress!
Low calorie recipes- gives you recipe ideas for dinners and snacks!
