Apps for iPhone I find helpful

Before I log off this morning I want to share some apps I'm currently using to help me along :)

My weight- this app allows you to enter your weight weekly,daily and it calculates your BMI shows your progress and when you should reach your desired weight this is my favourite!

My fitness pal - this app allows you to count your calories and search foods and there calorie intake :) also tracks your weight loss progress!

Low calorie recipes- gives you recipe ideas for dinners and snacks!

And I have a number of workout apps I write each excercise on a piece of card and do them each afternoon :)

Because these also help me with my journey I thought they may help others
