well today has been alot different
I decided not to train as it is Saturday and I usually spend the weekend with my partner who is an unhealthy eater :-/
Woke up and went out to breakfast I had a bacon egg tomato and avocado Turkish sand which and a coffee
And didn't really think about food until now ( 4:54 - ) been a busy day!
Think not training has made my appitete suppress as I haven't burnt more than I have ate!
Slight headache off and on but nothing to complain about, really struggling with the water intake and also struggling with the support of my partner and his eating habits..
Dinner at his and nothing I mean nothing is healthy..... Healthiest thing is 2 minute noodles and wow doesn't that sound great for dinner...... Haha
