Well ive lost 3.8 kg in 14days feel abit dissapointed but i do have to remind myself im not active atm as im off work with back problems. As long as i loose the same the next fortnight. Off to the gp today see how it goes bmi down to 33.8 from 35.

Well day 14tomorrow looking forward to getting on the scales. i seem to be having one day im not hungry at all then the nect hungry all day i expect it evens out. Im happy im not tempted when my so brings home junk food.Ive found no headaches now no ulcers but im so cold its not funny.

Woke at 3am with a headache panadole helped. Im finding smaller amounts of food fill me but im hungry later i seem to need snacks. Not ffeeling so cold today. How does everyone cope wit food amounts and snacking.

Hi well this is day 2 had a headache all day yesterday drank heaps but i wasnt hungry a good thing slept well Iast night. Headache mild today a bit of nausea but not hungry.hope the head gets better
