Week 6 - lost exactly 9kgs. Off the 40mg after month 1, and resumed on 30mg. Less manic, less crazy. Still exercising like a ninja and weighing food

All loony side effects gone, daily cardio, resistance training & swimming. Weighing food with scales. Great app: My Net Diary Pro. 12kgs left to lose, feeling very happy & not reliant on pill. Lifestyle changes in place.

Lay in till 530am this morning. Gold. Did a 5km bush walk at sunrise with dog. Vegg omelette brekky. Will weigh tomorrow and see how it's going. Off to swim a few laps now. I realize that the more you exercise the more you control the side effects. Still getting a lot done though
