Day six on Duramine (metermine) 40mgs-
Today i've been a bit blah, felt nauseated on and off since 6am when i woke (to alarm) I had two slices of toast for breaky at around seven, dropped my boy at kindy then raced home to vacuum and mop before the glazier arrived- because heaven help that a contractor should see my house in disarray drank 2 litres of water before 2pm and then had some juice later in the day as i felt a little dizzy. Snacked on some more plain popcorn mid morning and then a couple (2-3) water crackers before tea. For tea tonight i had 2 small pieces of fish with mash spread about 1cm thick over the top and two pieces of multi grain bread. That's a lot more carbs than I'm meant to be having but I'm kinda at the f@#k carbs point yea.. Have a little bit of a temperature at the moment and my throat is killing me so my tonsillitis might be about to flare up. Going to buy some garlic and lemon and things to try and combat it tomorrow and some more meat and protein type snacks so that i am less tempted by the evil carbs Didn't really do a workout or dance today and Wednesdays tend to be a bit hectic for me but i will probably make up for the lack of dancing with lots of walking.
