Hi, new friends :)
I was prescribed Duromine today, and stumbled upon this site not long after. Feeling like this is a place I will find a lot of support, as I'm a thinker and really love to read other people's experiences.
I'm 34 years old, have 2 kids, and I work out really hard 3-4 times per week. I've been eating super clean for the last 6 months, and have been training consistently for over 12 months now. My weight has barely budged in that time. I've gone low carb, no carb, high protein, shakes, 4 meals a day, 6 meals a day, I've recently stopped all dairy to see if that reduced the bloating ... I've tried!! I've really, really tried.
Earlier this week I sat with my trainer really disheartened and ready to pack it all in. If I eat like poop I don't gain, if I work out hard and do the right things I don't lose. Why put myself through so much hard work if I don't get any benefit? So he suggested going through the full blood test, medical route. Which I did, and it all came back very, very normal. So the GP suggested Duromine, and here I am.
Day 0, and this is me. I'd love to lose 15kg.
Current weight: 77kg
