hey! 20 years old. i am starting on duromine tomorrow and i only got my prescription this afternoon and am waiting until the morning to take it. i just have a few questions to ask everyone, as i dont really know anyone who has taken duromine before. Is 4am a good time to take it? do you find that your energy is increased alot? and also wanting to hear from some other girls on the same dosage as to how much they have lost in a week/ month! thanks so much, hope to hear back from someone!

Hi Hsd123! Welcome to the forum and may your Duromine journey turn into a real success! 4 am is a good time, though you might need some time to adjust the schedule. You might want to take it at about 5 am, so that the effect stays till the end of the day, IF you will be happily safe from insomnia. Give yourself a week and see how it goes.

I did not take the 15 mg. I was on 30 mg. So it’s hard for me to say anything about the energy increase with 15 mg based on my own experience. However, you should remember that everyone’s story on Duromine differs greatly, so you will just have to see, how it happens in your case. Some people don’t get a boost of energy at all, while others feel it quite strongly.

Again, weight loss results differ greatly and depend on so many factors. I would not advise you to try and compare your results with other people’s results, because if it happens so that you see your results being lower, you might get discouraged. And it’s so not worth it. Your main task now that you are on Duromine is to focus on changing your eating habits to healthy ones and increasing your daily physical activity. Best of luck to you and I hope you will find the time to share your journey with us!
