HEY Guys !
DAY1: I'm the newbie to the forum ,just figuring out this whole blogging thing.lol
Anyway the day week before i started taking D ,i was super nervous and working myself up bout taking it, consumed with all the negatives around it and what i've read,and even got anxiety just wondering OMG what i i die of a heart attack or something.
so , i woke up at 6 30 am on 06.02.2018 and decided to just do it and see for myself hownnit will affect me and guess what ,NOTHING MUCH , DRANK LOTS OF WATER, I ATE BREAKFAST , had LESS LUNCH THAN I USUALLY WOULD OF ATE.AND FELT GREAT.
NIGHT TIME CAME:and i started tossing and turning couldnt sleep , was still awake at 2 am with just random thoughts in my brain.
RESCUE REMEDY PILLS TO THEE RESCUE......and that helped with my restlessness.
woke up and started DAY 2 :feeling SUPER SUPER ENERGIZED TODAY 07.02.2018
I EVEN TOOK A RUN ON THE BEACH DURING LUNCH TO BURN SOME ENERGY/FAT WATEVER LOL.
AND I FEEL I CAN DO IT AGAIN..Had a boiled egg and small piece of smoked chic for lunch.otherwise i aint hungry..
