South African here, feeling good on day 1. Have been drinking lots of water and it definitely helps.
Starting weight: 119kg
BMI: 41.3
Starting chest: 102cm
Starting waist: 112cm

Looking forward to the rest of the 3 month journey.

I got it from the clicks in Rivonia - Joburg - cost me R328.25. How about you?
