I got my Prescription done over the weekend, I was a little confused my doctor prescribe me 15mg however the pharmacy have given me 30mg?

I called my doctor today just to make sure it was ok and she advised to just keep an eye on how I get on.

So this morning at 5.45am I took my first tablet, By mid day I've consumed about a litre of water and started to have that grumbling feeling, so for lunch I made some brown rice half an avocado and a small time of tuna, to be honest its been a struggle to even eat 5 mouthfuls however have eaten half of it.

Apart from a dry mouth so far so good, I have also joined up to a early morning fitness class two times a week to get me motivated.

I'm determined to make this work for the better and for me.

I just hope that the 30mg isnt too strong to start with.

Welcome.
A lot of us are on the 30mg, so don't stress.
What weight are you if you don't mind me asking? It effects everyone differently.

That's good to hear I panicked as I've had friends who have told me all the worst things about it and the bad side effects.

Currently I am 86.5k

Yeah I've heard bad things too but mostly people just repeat rumours. A friend of mine was on it a few weeks ago and she had to stop cause she just couldn't eat and was getting dizzy from lack of food. She ended up taking it every second day and not on weekends and that worked enough for her to lose 6kg in the month..
It's pretty much trial and error I think

Yeah I think that as well, It seems to be going ok so far but its early days, its so strange that I am just not craving anything. How are you finding it?

I was amazed from day one that the tabs took away my cravings. I didn't even know they were cravings I just thought I was lazy and liked bad food and couldn't control myself when I was hungry.
Now I can. I can be hungry but the urgency for food NOW, isn't there. I can be hungry and it doesn't matter, I think clearer and my brain can focus on thinking about making something good. Before the hunger consumed me, I just couldn't think, so often it was something bad and quick. Sure I still eat bad food because I have habits I'm yet to break but that's going to come with time.
