Today feeling focused and energised, Hit the gym and had a good sesh, two apples for breaky with loads of water (after gym) then i had two cold chicken breast n salad roles for lunch, not massive roles, kinda small roles lol, but felt super full after that and yeah, My wife has to do a vegan diet thingy as she has some sort of allergy and she has to slowly add things to it, SO im eating vegan for the next few weeks! and i gota say Im kinda interested to see how i feel and what sorter results i get with duro, gym and yeah!
