Hay guys, Yes yesterday was an average food day, breakfast was ok, but i had a mate over for lunch who got me chicken strips.. oh lawdy they where good, but i felt kinda guilty eating them LOL, i did pass on the soft drink and the chips. Dinner was a good vegi pasta dish.
I did hit the gym in the morning and had an OK sesh, wasnt as intense as usual, but i have been going quite alot. So today Im having a rest day, well no gym anyways, i went to the archery club and did a shoot for a couple hours and now im chilling at home building a timber enclosure for the new Air Conditioner Unit thingy.
Found a local Fitness instructor who does HIIT Training for like $15 for 25/30 min seshs, so im gona book one in and give it a go!
