Day 38 - 39 rested weekend, Monday PT sesh booked!

Hi there guys! Well woke up on sunday, yesterday with a sore lower back with a semi niggle in my right lower side also, NOOOOOOOO! but all is not lost, I had another relaxing day sunday, just sorted cleaned the house, played with the dogs, had a mate over for a quiet drink and good recharge day, This morning, Monday morning, i woke again with achy lower back n right side, So i shot up, super hot shower, some stretches and went to the gym, walked a couple ks to get everything warm, did some weights, only sorter normal weight not heavy heavy or anything like that and now im feeling pretty good! Have to service the wifeys car today, which always includes a wash and a vacuum,, but shes totally worth it haha, so its ok. Off now to get into that and sweat my love'handles off! (if it where only that easy!) AND it cram even more into my day off, I bit the bullet and booked a 30min PT sesh this afternoon! So i kinda hope i dont DIE! Will blog that tomorrow if i do.. LOL (thats a terrible joke)

Awww, you poor thing.. the lower back did get you after all. I hope that it gets better and you will be able to enjoy the session without pain. Btw, you should tell the trainer about having it, so that he adjusts the exercises and you actually survive =) You definitely need to work a lot on the back muscles, without killing yourself obviously… swimming might help. Ask the trainer all questions that you have. With your active life, you need to be 100% healthy and ready for action =)) Looking forward to your weigh in with everything crossed. =)

Yeah! With my back issues in the past, when it gets sore, it then gets HELL sore, but this is different, which is good! I was sore and had that side niggle, but yeah keeping moving and stretching, Today after the PT etc it feels fine/normal, i have the muscle soreness which is to be expected, but no like disk/nerve pain, YAY!! hahaha. The PT was awesome, doing exercises to strengthen and protect together.
