The numbers:
7 days ago: 101.8kgs. Today: 99.85kgs! (got my goal of being under 100!!!)

33.2% - Body Fat - 32.5%
34 Kg's - of Body Fat - 32.5 Kg's
48.7% - Water - 49.2%
8.4% - Bone - 8.3%

So body fat percentage is down like 1%, Body Fat weight is down 1.5 kgs, My percentage water is up, which means i'm increasing my muscle mass, n yeah, all good things!

Now the PT sesh, I survived! this morning I CAN FEEL EVERYTHING!! like every corner of my soul is sore, but a good sore, it was only 30 mins, but dam i was a killer workout! The instructor was a woman, we had a good chat about all my physical issues/concerns and goals and yeah, my lower back today is feeling ok, all my core and muscles around it are sore, but its muscular sore, not disk/nerve sciatic sore, which is very good!

She is going to touch base with me today/tomorrow so see how i responded etc and yeah, will book in again before the end of the week, she is also writing me up a couple exercise plans/routine things too!

Be cool, be safe and chat soon!

Woop Woop! Do the victory dance! =)) Congratulations Rob! Let’s see where you are… end of week 5 and the weight is 99.85 kg. 5 weeks ago, it was 111.5. You lost 11.65 kg, or 10.45% of your initial body weight. Did you even realize it? that is so cool, Rob!

I am so happy for such a huge success of your PT session! Things are going to get REALLY good! Did you take any before photos? Please say that you did! You will become one of the biggest motivations for any man, who steps on this forum. And I am really happy that your trainer addressed all the issues in the required way. Congratulating you again with this ‘acquisition’ =) Cheers

ahahahaaaaa! Rob, i am sure that you are underestimating your looks. Either way, you don't have to show your face, if you don't want to. Mr. Incognito =)

Thanks Emtime! That's a really cool thing to say! I've had a little 'penny drop' moment and I'm gona share it with you, I think for me, personally, right now, the Druo pill doesn't really do stuff/work for me now, I'm not having any side effects, very little to zero dry mouth, i used to get a 'really hot heat' feeling when i worked out (not anymore), and Im sleeping like a log, but i still take it everyday!

Much like each day i take it, I actively try and eat better foods, be more active and get off my ass and do something when i don't want to haha. So in the initial effect the Duro has yes; killed the hunger, boost energy, but over the course/script I've changed those things too, physically, changed my diet and increased my exercise, my energy levels are naturally higher, my stomach is smaller (ish) so my hunger is less and I've gotten used to eating less and doing more.

So chipping away every day, taking the tablet, doing the day, its with that, I think Duro has shown me that, Its a one day at a time process, its changing the habits, making new better habits and feeling the results, that's why there are 30 pills and not just 1, Its everyday of the month we change that habit, we take that tablet, we be more active, we eat better, and its slowly becoming the norm, if ya get what im meaning? lol i think i stuffed it up in my delivery haha ;-)

It's so crazy that you say that because I was talking to someone the other day about it and explained it pretty much the same. My hunger hasn't really stayed away but taking that pill each morning is a reminder to keep on track and it's helping me mentally more then anything! I think we are very much alike in that respect :) I just fail because of my mentality so having that help me keep on track is better then any other thing I could be doing. I'll be using your result to continue to motivate me and change my habits each and every day! Thank you :)
