Day 5: It's currently 3.52 pm and after another night shift at work I woke up slightly groggy to a postman banging on my door with a parcel at 10.30 am. I didn't go back to sleep after answering the door, which wouldn't usually be the case, as I would generally sleep to at least 12.30-1 pm.
At work I noticed my teeth and jaw starting to ache quite a lot due to me clenching my mouth shut, I think. My muscles have been a bit achy as well even though I haven't done any tough exercise since Mt. Lofty, may be a result of gardening, but that wouldn't usually hurt me.
Spent the day so far doing stuff around the house. I have eaten a mandarin and will have some soup before going to my boyfriend's place. I just weighed myself and am currently at 71.7 kg, which brings me to a total loss of 2.3 kg in less than 5 days. Feeling pretty good, bit less energised than previous days. Maybe my body is adjusting to the duromine, or not enough sleep could be catching up on me. I don't have a shift tonight, so I'll possibly even be asleep at a regular hour.
Should also mention, I used to really struggle with not eating crap foods during my night shifts. Duromine has drastically decreased my cravings to snack - am extremely grateful!
Overall, my experience has been positive thus far
