Day 5

So far I'm still feeling great, unable to exercise as much as I'd like to due to knee injury, but I am doing a lot around the house and garden. I'm on 30mg and not feeling hungry much but I am trying to eat at least twice a day and drinking water by the bucket load :)

My starting weight - 120.5kg
My current weight - 117.9kg

Total weight loss so far - 2.6kg

I'm pretty with that result in 5 days and I'm looking forward to seeing lesser number on the scales each time.

Hope you're all doing well and I hope you all reach you goal weight.
