went to the doc last week for a weigh in and to get the script and start again.... so start weight was:
89.5(just 1 kilo gain in 3 months)docs scales
90.3(home scales)
today on home scales just out of interest and ive lost 2kgs already
Im so glad ive started again and getting back into the walking, im loving it
ive still been doing boxing classes, and walking as much as possible
were doing it ladies
