Wow these last two weeks have been massive, this last week in-particular.
This weeks project was to dig in 12 meters of retaining wall, build said retaining and then spread out 4 cube meters of of crusher dust to widen the driveway, there have been 2 pt seshes in there aswell and yeah, not the best food, some alcohol but way under my normal intake.
Lots of sore muscles and my back is average, I have a PT sesh today at 3pm and ive got the lawns to mow aswell haha, im ment to be on holiday! haha. The scales do reflect a bad week, 100.5 kgs, I know it looks like a 2.3kg gain in a week, but this was a mid morning weigh in after breakfast and lunch, and this week i have eaten alot of meat (social bbqs and deli meats), and being we have been doing the vegi thing for a couple weeks now i feel like im storing a couple bricks in my belly LOL (a bit constipated). I start back work on friday, so its also been a week of 'last min' catch ups, which also encompassed bad food, Not making excuses, but just putting it out there, It wasnt my activity level or work load, I just ate and drank all the wrong things, I did think that because i was doing so many hours of labour, gym, pt etc i could get away with it, baa bowwwww.. nope, it still matters what we put in!! So its been a little humbling, so now ill get back to my system of cal counting! MUST GET BACK UNDER 100kgs!!
