Day 56: Sore muscles shrinking belt!

Last week with so much work on and being physically buggered kinder made me crash at the start of this week, not eating right all last week and the start of this week actually made me feel down, and i was actually feeling depressed, having a weight gain for the last weeks efforts totally sucked and prior i was comfort eating and having drinks and it was no one else's fault bar mine. Thinking that i could eat whatever while being so physically active.

Smashed a PT sesh the other day, had a nice clean dinner, yesterday was sore in all the right places and today is going pretty dam good also haha, Ive been wearing all my 'smaller' clothes these last couple weeks and all my dam shorts keep sliding down! during my PT sesh, fuelling up the car, nearly lost my shorts a couple times today while at the shops! (got get some belts!) haha, So its a nice reminder that yeah, im still doing well, we all have some ups and downs and Im preping to make a clean start for the week ahead! Back to work and back on the number crunching!! ( i have been slack with taking my Duro over the last week, so that will kinder stretch out my script a bit)

Rob, it’s ok the slip at times. The main thing is to get back on track, hich you obviously do. Besides, the weight that you gained lat week might quickly melt. I am sure that it did not firmly settle in your body. Just stick to the good plan and keep up the great work ith exercises. Yes, nutrition makes 80% of weight loss. May be, when you get to a high muscle mas (i.e. aster fat burning), you will be able to eat unhealthy at times without harming your weight and shape. However, your body is now struggling with you in giving out these extra kilos, and every time you give it the opportunity to get some weight back, it happily does so. You already know how fast the process is. The first month simply came and went, as if in a week. Focus on your success. =)

And get some belts! =))
