I haven't made any new blog entries in the last two days mainly because nothing special has happened. I weighed myself today because I was just so curious! There hasn't been any weight loss, or weight gain since the first 2.5kg. I'm going to cut out bread all together, even though I was only having one piece a day, but I think cutting out unnecessary processed foods will help a lot, I'm going to the gym tonight and I'll go every night for the next few days so I can see if that'll kick start some more weight loss. However I am happy with the 2.5kg so far, but I do want to work a bit harder!
Here's my meals for today:
Breakfast: two poached eggs and cooked spinach
Lunch: A small bowl of vegetables with a tomato based sauce to give it a lil more flavour.
Dinner: I will be having lemon chicken breast with potatoes and vegetables
