Feeling much better than my last day off D. Had a lot more energy today and much better self control. Didn't work out and I actually have no excuse. Drank a lot more water today and ate very well.
Chicken avocado whole grain wrap for breakfast.

Broccoli and cranberry salad for lunch (with bacon & almonds. Amazing

Half a 40g Atkins coconut bar snack

Broccoli salad for tea if I'm hungry.
Overall great day
