Extreme fatigue

Migraine
Dizziness
Nausea
Stomach pain
Painful constipation
Unbearable fatigue and migraine hit around 2:30 this afternoon even after going to bed extra early. I wonder if this is the aftermath of my insomnia from last week? Regardless, I can hardly function. Even my first black coffee in months had absolutely no effect.
My appetite is still an issue. I wish it would go away like last week. I feel like I’m not eating enough but if I do eat more I’ll ruin my progress.
