Day Six

sleep: took it at the usual time (7-8am) and didn't affect my sleep at all. slept 8hrs.
food: apples, lattes, a small bowl of tuna mornay, pan-fried white fish and green salad.
(This is the most I've eaten in the last 6 days, I'm curious to see how it'll affect my weight)

mood: it was alright until the evening. crashed emotionally and physically.
unofficial weight: 80.6kg
exercise: active day on my feet at work + 1 hour boxing class at the gym

I'm a day out from my official weekly weigh in. I've fallen into old habits of eating even though I'm not hungry.

I'm wondering what I should do to change that? What are the alternatives? Right now, I have an apple when I feel like I need a crunch.
