Day One - 23rd March, 2014:
Dosage: 15mg
Time took: 12noon
Side effects: Dry mouth, restlessness, slightly irritated and wide awake at 1.30am
Feeling... like I took Duromine far too late in the day. A little constipated and didn't feel like eating or drinking anything all day, even with a dry mouth.
Food/drinks: Struggled through a small breakfast, enjoyed a coffee and lots of water, couldn't even think about lunch, struggled through dinner. Felt like a snack again around 11pm - had a glass of fresh lime juice and that killed my hunger.
Exercise: Zero. Took my dog to the park, light housework.
